Each role has responsibility for one region, spanning multiple countries, and delivers enterprise‑level impact through strategic financial leadership, disciplined governance, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.<br />The role shapes regional strategy, drives business performance, and ensures robust statutory, regulatory, and SOX compliance across diverse markets. Operating across countries with varying healthcare systems, market maturity, and risk profiles, this leader ensures consistent application of global finance standards while enabling sustainable local growth.<br />This role acts as the primary financial co‑pilot to the Regional President and DPS International leadership, linking strategy, execution, financial outcomes, and risk management to deliver strong and compliant business results.</p><p></p><p><b>You will be responsible for: </b></p><p>Enterprise Impact &amp; Regional P&amp;L Stewardship:<br />• Leads full financial performance management and P&amp;L accountability for a large, multi‑country regional portfolio.<br />• Governs commercial and strategic investments (pricing, tenders, access initiatives, channel structures, enabling technologies) to ensure ROI discipline and alignment with regional strategy.<br />• Drives transparency, financial integrity, and performance accountability across countries with heterogeneous market dynamics and regulatory environments.<br /><br />Strategic Partnership &amp; Decision Leadership:<br />• Acts as the strategic financial co‑pilot to the Regional President and DPS International leadership.<br />• Orchestrates the regional operating rhythm (MBR, QBR, LRP), creating a unified, insight‑driven financial narrative across all countries in scope.<br />• Shapes resource allocation and capital deployment decisions across the region, prioritizing high‑value markets, segments, and initiatives.<br /><br />Forecasting Excellence &amp; Commercial Insights:<br />• Owns all regional planning, forecasting, and performance management cycles.<br />• Provides deep commercial insights on pricing, portfolio mix, tenders, channel economics, distributor performance, FX exposure, and competitive dynamics.<br />• Develops scenario models and profitability frameworks to elevate decision‑making and accelerate regional performance.<br /><br />Governance, Compliance &amp; Risk Leadership:<br />• Ensures accurate and compliant statutory reporting across all countries in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies.<br />• Leads a strong SOX and internal control environment, overseeing audits, risk remediation, treasury inputs, and cash‑flow governance.<br />• Establishes and governs commercial control frameworks for pricing approvals, tender commitments, rebates, and trade terms, balancing agility with compliance.<br /><br />Capability Building &amp; Operating Excellence:<br />• Builds and leads a high‑performing regional finance organization across multiple countries.<br />• Drives process discipline, standardization, and harmonized reporting aligned with DPS International and Global Finance standards.<br />• Strengthens analytical, digital, and business‑partnering capabilities across regional and country finance teams.<br /><br />Leadership &amp; Collaboration:<br />• Influences senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Medical, Regulatory, and Global Functions.<br />• Communicates complex financial insights clearly and credibly in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.<br />• Operates effectively in complex, matrixed, and international organizations.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications / Requirements: </b></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field required.<br />• MBA, CPA, CMA, CGMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.<br />• 15&#43; years of progressive finance experience in complex, matrixed organizations.<br />• Proven experience leading large, multi‑country regional P&amp;Ls with significant financial and compliance risk.<br />• Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering compliant business results.<br />• Deep expertise in FP&amp;A, commercial finance, forecasting, portfolio management, and business analytics.<br />• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, GAAP/IFRS, SOX, and internal control frameworks.<br />• Experience with enterprise finance systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced analytics and reporting tools.<br />• Proven people leader with strong executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p></p><p>As guided by Our Credo, Johnson &amp;
