Raises issues<span> </span></span><span>to</span><span><span> </span>management.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Runs the requests from customers and<span> </span></span><span>resolve</span><span><span> </span>payment related issues and findings.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Responds to ad hock requests and<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span><span> </span>agreed timelines.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Build and manage relationships with business and suppliers;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides decision support to business management through<span> </span></span><span>timely</span><span><span> </span>and<span> </span></span><span>accurate</span><span><span> </span>financial information;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Serves as a finance business partner;</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Performs variance analysis and investigates irregularities.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><b><span>Education:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification or last year in process of<span> </span></span><span>acquiring</span><span><span> </span></span><span>Finance</span><span>/Economics degree.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><b><span>Experience:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ideally, candidates will have a financial background,<span> </span></span><span>minimum</span><span><span> </span>of two years of basic<span> </span></span><span>accounts</span><span><span> </span>experience.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><p><b><span>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Good organizational and<span> </span></span><span>communications</span><span><span> </span>skills.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Attention to detail.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Capable of prioritizing multiple time critical tasks efficiently and effectively.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Flexible and able to prioritize workload to meet changing business needs.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Highly resourceful with Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Previous experience with ERP system (Oracle preferred).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Payments or Treasury experience will be considered an advantage.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><b><span>What We Offer:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>At PPD clinical research services we hire the best, develop ourselves and each other, and recognize the power of being one team.
