Finance Controlling Manager

In this role, you will take full ownership of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while also overseeing accounting activities and leading the financial consolidation of our entities. Working closely with the CFO, you will support audits and statutory reporting, and play a key role in budgeting cycles, forecast development, commission calculations, compliance, and overall financial governance. You will deliver high-quality monthly management and Board reports, coordinate group budgets, lead the month-end close process, manage auditor relationships, improve finance processes, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
