<h3>Job Title</h3>Finance Business Partner<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p></p><p><b>In this role, you have the opportunity to</b></p><p>Support Market Head of Finance and Finance Business Partner to ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place in market.</p><p></p><p><b>You are responsible for</b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for BU full P/L performance, including topline growth and selling expense control, delivery of the business and financial plans.</p></li><li><p>Drive forecasting and planning cycle of the business, including AOP, quarterly rolling forecasting, monthly latest view, strategic planning and other planning activities.</p></li><li><p>Conduct management analysis on business performance, propose corrective actions and monitor implementation of those actions to drive the delivery of the business and financial plans</p></li><li><p>Responsible for financials analysis/input into the monthly/quarterly performance review decks (MPR/QPR)</p></li><li><p>Communicate with BU global team on market performance, forecast, strategic plan, portfolio, etc.</p></li><li><p>Drive business case analysis for growth initiatives, business case modelling on key portfolio decisions, and support in financing solutions.</p></li><li><p>Drive business performance analytics: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs, etc.</p></li><li><p>Drive productivity funnel and establish/control link of productivity into the P&amp;L</p></li><li><p>Drive Working Capital performance of the BU</p></li><li><p>Manage consolidation at Cluster level, and support consolidation at total HS level</p></li><li><p>Support divestments / investments and M&amp;A transactions in the country/market, including disentanglement / integration</p></li><li><p>Cross function coordination with accounting GBS, global FP&amp;A team, logistics, marketing, sales, operation team, HR, to facilitate daily operation.</p></li><li><p>Cooperate with Accounting team to ensure the booking timeliness and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Ensure a strong and efficient internal control system in place.</p></li><li><p>Other ad hoc support to business/market</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You are a part of</b></p><p>Professional Finance team of Philips China, base in Shanghai, report to Finance Business Partner, Greater China.</p><p></p><p><b>To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor or Master’ degree in Finance and or Accounting orientated study</p></li><li><p>Rounded financial experience say 8 years&#43; working experience, including solid basis and experience in Accounting &amp; Internal Control</p></li><li><p>Strong Convincing communication skills</p></li><li><p>Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.</p></li><li><p>Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship</p></li><li><p>Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.      </p></li><li><p>Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure</p></li><li><p>Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint,  familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledge</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;</p></li></ul><p><b>In return, we offer you</b></p><p>A path towards your most rewarding career.  Succeeding in this role in a complex environment will open many doors for your long term career, in other areas in Philips or otherwise.
