Job Description
Ensure Daily serialization reporting to government(KPIS:Korea Pharmaceutical Information Service) including return, discard, sample, etc.
Accurate awareness of government reporting standards
Work closely with regional/global IT team to manage serialization system and RPA(Robotic Process Automation)
Work closely with BSC OTC(Order to Cash) management in KL and local commercial operation team to manage OTC related issue
Month end closing process for the sales and inventory
Vendor master management
Internal/External Audit support – PWC year-end audit, Customs audit, MCAAS audit, Internal Control over Financial Reporting and etc.
Accounting projects support – Global project such as new system launch, etc.
Support expense review and analysis
VAT reconciliation support
Supplier purchase order management
Other ad-hoc support in finance
Job Requirements
Basic accounting knowledge
Good at Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
Proficiency in English
Attention to details and accuracy
