Finance Analyst - Incentive Compensation

You’ll be a key player in transforming and creatively solutioning the future of Sales Compensation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple partners, including Field Sales, Sales Leadership, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Operations, and HR. We are seeking a highly data and systems focused individual who is passionate about the fight against cancer.<p><b>Main Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations leading to accurate and timely incentive compensation reporting and payment</li><li>Create, analyze, review, validate and audit periodic reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions payouts</li><li>Manage and track non-revenue measurements used in qualitative assessments and SPIF programs.</li><li>Maintain, trouble-shoot and resolve calculation and/or data errors in conjunction with the technical team responsible for Varicent (Incentive Compensation System) ensuring 100% accuracy.</li><li>Perform testing and other support activities related to plan, quota, and compensation plan changes.</li><li>Build and maintain standard operating procedures for incentive compensation. Develop processes to safeguard against errors and clearly communicate findings with all impacted groups.</li><li>Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and HR to identify and implement operational improvements related to internal and cross-functional processes</li><li>Assist and research employee questions to bring to resolution</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis, sales operations, or incentive compensation (commissions experience highly preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel and working with large data sets required</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>A strong background in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Economics is preferred</li><li>Experience leading presentations to leadership teams in a simple and clear manner</li><li>Beneficial to have experience with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems, i.e. Varicent, Calidus, Xactly, Anaplan; ERP systems, i.e. SAP; CRM, i.e. SalesForce and Human Capital Management (HCM), i.e. WorkDay</li></ul><p></p><p><br />#LI-Hybrid<br />#LI-CORP<br /> </p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Who we are</b>: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
