Structural Interventions EE is responsible for leading Therapy development and adoption across the region (mainly: Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and  Serbia).</p><p>This includes expanding Therapy penetration in new accounts, building and managing a strong KOL network, driving clinical excellence, and supporting commercial growth through distributor management and market development activities.</p><p>This will be a field-based role with <b>preferential residence in Zagreb, Croatia. </b></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>Therapy &amp; Market Development</p><ul><li>Develop and execute regional market development strategies and tactical plans for the Therapy portfolio.</li><li>Lead market education, referral-building programs, promotional campaigns, PR activities, and participation in conferences.</li><li>Drive initiatives that enhance brand recognition and maximize product portfolio awareness.</li><li>Take ownership of reimbursement processes in collaboration with distributors.</li><li>KOL &amp; Customer Engagement</li><li>Build and manage strong relationships with KOLs; support dissemination of best clinical practices.</li><li>Create and deliver customer education, training programs, and implementation plans.</li><li>Develop site-level therapy expertise, including echocardiographic image review and patient screening workflows.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Commercial &amp; Distributor Management</b></p><ul><li>Partner closely with distributors to execute sales strategies, manage quotas, and support commercial negotiations.</li><li>Challenge the status quo and identify new business opportunities across the CEE region.</li><li>Lead and guide Therapy Specialist(s) where applicable.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Market Insights &amp; Business Planning</b></p><ul><li>Collect and analyze data on high‑potential accounts to support business expansion and market assessments.</li><li>Gather and report market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to senior management.</li><li>Contribute to product launch activities in collaboration with marketing teams and distributor partners.</li><li>Actively participate in LBE processes and sales forecasting</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Internal Collaboration</b></p><ul><li>Build strong internal partnerships with Customer Care, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and other key functions.</li><li>Provide cross‑territory and regional clinical and commercial support as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of successful sales or therapy development experience within the medical device industry, preferably in Cardiac Surgery, Structural Heart, or similar fields.</li><li>Strong clinical understanding of Structural Heart therapies and associated workflows.</li><li>Proven experience in distributor management and market development.</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Fluency in English and at least one Eastern European language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Croatian, or similar).</li><li>Customer‑oriented, results‑driven, self‑starter mindset.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% of time</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp;
