Field Technical Manager, Ruminant

<p style="text-align:left">Job Description</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><u>ROLE SUMMARY</u></b></p><p><span style="font-size:14px">This role is responsible for providing technical support to the east Zonal Sales team, by conducting technical training related to animal health and products to AFMs, organizing and participating in the technical seminars/ meetings for Animal Health practitioners &amp; Dairy Farmers in coordination with the Sales team for sharing technical information and attending customer complaints.</span></p><p><b><span style="font-size:14px">Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Providing Technical Services to internal team and external customers in assigned geography including on-site customer visits &amp; off-side telephonic support as well.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Executing a comprehensive technical service plan for maximizing Organizational goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Group customer meetings to create awareness about relevant scientific practices and advancements with the objective to become a partner of choice among customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Technical upgradation of the internal sales team in assigned geography: Staying ahead of the curve for recent technical development in Ruminant Industry and preparing internal competencies to provide customer support.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Supervising local clinical trials and market support studies under the guidance of the national technical manager.  </span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Supervise and provide timely and effective technical materials which maximize selling efforts. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Techno-commercial view while discussing with customers. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Collaboration with relevant Technical &amp; Veterinary Education institutes in assigned geographies to further improve our image as Science Driven Organization</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Any other assigned task which can help in improving business.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span style="font-size:14px">Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">Degree in Veterinary Sciences B.V.Sc. &amp; A.H. (M.V.Sc. will be preferred)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size:14px">2-3 years of field experience to handle all field situations and provide technical solutions to customer needs.</span></p></li></ul><p><b><span style="font-size:14px">Skills &amp; Competencies:</span></b></p><p><span style="font-size:14px">English communication, technical training &amp; Presentation, Knowledge of animal health &amp; diseases, Veterinary Gynecology, Medicine, Pharmacology, Animal Health Management, and Pharma product experience is highly essential.
