Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Western region (Jeddah/Medinah) to join our Technical Service team. This role will mostly be focused on our Medical/Emergency Care portfolio (stretchers, beds, CPR devices, defibrillators, etc.).</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li><p>To troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customers</p></li><li><p>To undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followed</p></li><li><p>To undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reports</p></li><li><p>To perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required.</p></li><li><p>To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits.</p></li><li><p>To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work orders</p></li><li><p>To work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visits</p></li><li><p>To escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Will Need </b></p><p><b>Required: </b></p><ul><li><p>Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. Biomedical, Telecommunications, accepted)</p></li><li><p>Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English and local language </p></li><li><p>3 years of relevant experience</p></li><li><p>Strong technical and analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills</p></li><li><p>Computer skills / literacy</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred: </b></p><ul><li><p>Basic IP Networking knowledge</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 90%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
