The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support our installed base of medical equipment in radiology, cardiology, and nuclear medicine departments across Switzerland. <br>The role involves corrective and preventive maintenance, system installations, and customer support. Preventive maintenance abroad is required for nuclear medicine systems only.<br><br>Location: Switzerland – German-speaking region<br>Medical domains: Radiology, Cardiology &amp; Nuclear Medicine<p></p><p><b>Key Activities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Field Service &amp; Customer Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical medical systems using proprietary software and tools</p></li><li><p>Respond to corrective and emergency service calls</p></li><li><p>Replace defective parts and perform functional testing</p></li><li><p>Install medical systems at customer sites when required</p></li><li><p>Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication</p></li><li><p>Document service activities accurately in the service tracking system</p></li><li><p>Plan and organize service visits efficiently within the assigned region</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, QA, and safety regulations</p></li><li><p>Maintain tools, test equipment, and trunk stock inventory</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, Engineering, Service)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preventive Maintenance &amp; Updates</b></p><ul><li><p>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to service contracts</p></li><li><p>Carry out hardware and software updates using proprietary tools</p></li><li><p>Participate in preventive maintenance assignments abroad (nuclear medicine only)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education and Prior Experience</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum 2 years of experience servicing electro-mechanical equipment.
