We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.<p>We are looking for an <b>Field Service Rep SW</b> who will be the primary contact for Varian Medical Systems (VMS) customers regarding Oncology network.</p><p></p><p><b>Main functions are:</b></p><ul><li><span>Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair all VMS equipment, including preventative maintenance, installations and upgrades per VMS guidelines. </span></li><li><span>Support of incoming customer calls. </span></li><li><span>Assessment of urgent customer requests and follow-through to completion. </span></li><li><span>Ability to understand and recognize the need to escalate incidents when necessary or request additional assistance from more tenured representatives. </span></li><li><span>Capacity to develop and maintain strong customer relationships by strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Reporting according to VMS procedures.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>For this challenging key position, the requirements are:</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of and professional experience with server software and operating systems.</li><li>Knowledge of and professional technical experience with micro-computers/PC based systems.</li><li>Knowledge in virtualized server environments.</li><li>Knowledge in Citrix managed applications.</li><li>Network analysis test equipment.</li><li>Customer focused attitude.</li><li>Ability to learn.</li><li>Self-motivation.
