<h3>Job Title</h3>Field Service Engineer Trainee<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br />• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to customers, accurately diagnosing issues and implementing solutions while adhering to regulatory guidelines and company protocols.<br />• Assists in the installation, maintenance, and repair of products, ensuring compliance with safety standards and effective functioning of equipment.<br />• Completes work with limited supervision and autonomy, setting priorities for own work based on general guidelines and develops substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of dissimilar tasks.<br />• Documents all service activities, including diagnostics, resolutions, and parts used, utilizing the Service Management System to maintain detailed and accurate records.<br />• Handles customer inquiries and complaints professionally, offering effective solutions and escalating more complex issues to senior technicians or appropriate channels.<br />• Conducts routine maintenance and performance checks on medical devices, ensuring they meet operational standards and regulatory requirements to prevent potential failures.<br />• Supports senior technicians during advanced technical procedures by preparing necessary tools and materials, following instructions closely, and learning through hands-on experience.<br />• Communicates effectively with customers to keep them informed about the status of their service requests, expected timelines, and any potential issues or delays, ensuring transparency and trust.<br />• Participates in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and stay updated on new products and service procedures, ensuring the highest standards of service.<br />• Ensures all service activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, consistently striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality through meticulous adherence to standards.<br /> </p><p>In this role, you have the opportunity to</p><p>Deliver qualified service to customers including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, installation and FCO. This position is very important to ensure long term customer satisfaction and loyalty, and is playing a very important role in the growth of services business and sales business.</p><p>You are responsible for<br />•    Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, installation and FCO; Focus on the efficiency and service quality.<br />•    Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; Own customer service quality KPIs for assigned account. Ensure service process implemented effectively.<br />•    Support services business<br />•    Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills, Focus on service competence level and actual service capabilities.<br />•    Provide service support to team members as required, Focus on good team work.<br />•    Prepare and provide kinds of Service Report on an accurate and timely basis<br />•    Other tasks assigned by team &amp; company</p><p></p><p>You are a part of<br />Services &amp; Solution Delivery team, which is playing an important role to ensure Philips services delivery. You will report to Service Modality Manager and cooperate with Service Sales, Modality Sales &amp; other services related teams.</p><p></p><p>To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:<br />•    Bachelor or above degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related major<br />•    Strong communication skill<br />•    Clear and logic thinking<br />•    Ability to handle multi tasks<br />•    Good execution skill<br />•    Excellent English skill in reading and listening (training will be delivered in English) <br />•    Willing to take responsibility and travel between accountable customers<br />•    Self-motivation and self-management<br />•    Fresh graduate is better<br />•    0-1 year&#39;s work experience of customer service in healthcare industry or medical information system is a plus<br />•    Major working area is Southern Taiwan.
