Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p>We’re looking for a <b>Field Service Engineer</b>, based in<b> Timisoara</b> to join <b>Roche Romania Diagnostics</b> Service Team who will have the opportunity to demonstrate the expertise as a technical repair and/or installation specialist for Roche assigned product lines and provide valued service to our customers across country.  </p><p></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li><p>Provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment</p></li><li><p>Perform on-site service, repair and/or installation of company products - this include any aspect of field support and is not limited to mechanical/system hardware and software, networking/wireless networking</p></li><li><p>Serve as customer contact on routine technical and service related problems</p></li><li><p>Monitor customer equipment performance and is able to respond and resolve most routine issues</p></li><li><p>Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and system failure</p></li><li><p>Determine most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime</p></li><li><p>Provides analysis, feedback and recommendations on product failure trends and service ability issues</p></li><li><p>Is responsible for ensuring and maximizing customer satisfaction with Roche equipment and related products</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><p>You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You, as an ideal candidate, will have the following Education, skills, and experience:</p><ul><li><p>Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Technology or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, fluidics and pneumatics systems and information technology.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with medical diagnostic technology will be a plus also working with/in medical laboratories will be an advantage</p></li><li><p>Good written and verbal communication, organization and prioritization skills</p></li><li><p>Effective customer service skills, which includes a positive attitude and ongoing customer relationships</p></li><li><p>English advanced level</p></li><li><p>Are open to 50% plus travel</p></li><li><p><span>Clean driving license B category is mandatory</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Important notes:</b></p><ul><li><p>The position is based in Timisoara and we want the FSE to be living in Timisoara. You will be covering Timis, Arad, Oradea, Caras-Severin, and Hunedoara counties.
