With a commitment to employee development and a work environment that values respect and empowerment, Roche offers exciting career prospects for those seeking to make a significant impact on patient care.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>The Opportunity:</b></b></p><p><span>The Roche Support Network is dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers.  As a Location: Omaha, Nebraska, and surrounding areas.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>You will travel to customer sites and showcase your expertise in technical repair and installation for Roche assigned product lines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will offer valuable service to laboratory customers in your assigned territory.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will provide routine technical support, on-site service, repair, and installation of Roche products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You will document all activities, contribute to quality improvement, and focus on maximizing customer satisfaction.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>*** <u>This is a field-based role, and you will provide primary support within the greater Omaha area. Ideally, you reside within 50 miles of Omaha.</u><br /> </p><p><b><b>Who You Are</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking is necessary, </span></p></li><li><p><u>OR</u><span> a Bachelor&#39;s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field, </span><u>plus</u><span> 1-2 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing complex mechanical, system hardware and software, or networking, or wireless networking.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Successful completion of training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide support after hours, on weekends and holidays as required</span></p></li><li><p><span>Possess strong customer service skills to ensure positive customer relationships</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>8&#43; years of progressive experience, OR a Bachelor&#39;s degree  (Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field) in a relevant field plus 4&#43; years of progressive experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Some IT experience preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and information technology</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to serve as an internal technical resource that can train and mentor other FESs in the region.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Relocation benefits are not available for this position.</span></p><p></p><p>The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location in Indiapolis, is $71,000 - $ 132,000.
