Field Service Engineer - NSW

Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our high-performing Sydney team.

This is an opportunity to join one of Stryker's most experienced service teams, supporting a broad portfolio of market-leading medical technology across Sydney. We're looking for someone with the technical foundation, attitude and drive to make an immediate impact.

What you'll bring

We're less concerned about where you've worked and more interested in how you're wired.

You might be an experienced Field Service Engineer, come from a trade, defence, automotive or manufacturing background, or simply be someone who's always been hands-on and technically minded. Maybe you've spent years troubleshooting equipment, maintaining machinery, building things, or restoring cars in your spare time.

What matters most is that you're curious, practical, enjoy solving problems, and thrive as part of a team.

You'll also bring:

• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
• Confidence using tools and working with technical equipment
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your teammates
• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
