Then read on!</p><p></p><p>We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for service support for customers from the Life Science sector<i>. </i>One of the main tasks, in addition to service activities, is to sustainably increase customer satisfaction</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li><i>You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment systems in the field. Your area includes the Netherlands. </i></li><li><i>Independent organization of your spare parts inventory and various customer service-related administrative activities. </i></li><li>Adhering to customer focused strategies to achieve business goals, increase customer satisfaction and position Service Support as a positive sales differentiator in an ever increasingly competitive market.</li></ul><p></p><p>The required qualifications for the job include:</p><p></p><ul><li>A minimum of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electronics.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels. </li><li>Good language skills in Dutch and English</li><li>Full Dutch driver’s license</li></ul><p></p><p><b>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</b></p><ul><li>Technical Field service experience</li><li>Customer facing experience</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>At Beckman Coulter Life Sciences we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
