Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer is a key member of the Customer Service team of Xoran Technologies; a fast-growing medical device manufacturing company located in Ann Arbor, MI. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform on-site repair, maintenance and installation of CT scanners and equipment. This position reports to the Field Operations Manager and is an exempt, full-time position. We are looking for a candidate located centrally in the midwestern region of the US to cover the states of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Responsibilities include providing on-site installation, maintenance, service, and technical support for Xoran products and systems at customers’ clinical locations, customer service support to clinic staff, and compliance with SOPs and FDA/ISO requirements. Qualifications/Requirements include exceptional electronics, mechanical, and technical troubleshooting skills, knowledge in configuring Windows operating systems, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Education & Experience requires an Associates degree in electronics technology or military background, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in electro-mechanical field service. Travel up to 70%.
