Field Service Engineer

The Services Engineer will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.</p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities &amp; Tasks:</b></p><ul><li>Provide service and customer support during field and inhouse visits or dispatches</li><li>Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks</li><li>Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions</li><li>Produce timely and detailed service reports</li><li>Ensure the timely and correct documentation of processes</li><li>Operate vehicle in a safely manner</li><li>Follow all company&#39;s filed procedures and protocols</li><li>Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization</li><li>Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings</li><li>Contact customers concerning processes of the customer file</li><li>Build positive relationships with customers</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualification &amp; Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Diploma degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Physical measurements or similar</li><li>Minimum 3 years of proven field service experience</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules</li><li>High customer orientation</li><li>Team spirit</li><li>Familiarity with mobile tools and applications</li><li>Good command of spoken and written English</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About Sartorius </b></p><p></p><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
