Description
<h1><b>Your Challenges</b></h1><ul><li><p>Responsible for providing premium technical service to Eppendorf customers within the San Diego territory.</p></li><li><p>Perform service efficiently and effectively on instruments and equipment as requested or initiated. </p></li><li><p>Properly document and manage work activity, time recording, billing and quality documents in-house, on site at customer facilities or over the phone as required.</p></li><li><p>Deliver high quality, customer centric service to improve service outcomes and drive a high level of customer satisfaction through exhibiting both excellent technical and customer skills.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain a high degree of technical knowledge pertaining to service activities described. </p></li><li><p>Participates in generating cross-selling leads to product sales colleagues to promote equipment sales growth where applicable</p></li><li><p>Maintains inventory to keep in stock for technical service.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Your Expertise</b></h1><ul><li><p>Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent military training, and 2+ years’ related experience and/or training.</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license required and good driving record.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Your benefits at Eppendorf </b></h1><ul><li><p>Compensation: $80k-$85k base annually</p></li><li><p>Attractive Bonus and Commission Plan</p></li><li><p>Position is eligible for Overtime Pay and is paid at 1.5 times normal hourly rate</p></li><li><p>Per diem pay</p></li><li><p>Company vehicle for work and personal use, along with a gas card, and liability insurance</p></li><li><p>Competitive total rewards package including health, financial, and education benefits</p></li></ul><p></p>
