Field Reimbursement Manager – West

Responsible for the management and execution of field reimbursement strategies and tactics to facilitate patient access to the MISHA Knee System. This includes mitigating reimbursement barriers for providers, optimizing market access, and acting as a collaborative bridge between the field Sales Team and strategic decision makers. Primary tasks involve educating healthcare providers (HCPs) about the reimbursement program, ensuring customer-centric interactions with the misisha patient access program, engaging key decision makers for product approval, and supporting Value Analysis Committee approvals among other responsibilities.
