Work Flexibility: Onsite<div><div> What you will do- </div><div>  </div><div>Provide leadership and expertise for loaner kit/order fulfillment.  Oversee the distribution of products/services for our representatives and customers to include: order entry; picking, shipping, tracking, creating driving routes and usage.  Track inventory accurately, record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting, managing expired products and optimize inventory utilization.  Maintain a state of constant audit readiness and assist with preparation for audits.  Implement processes that optimize and track warehouse inventory, which accounts for up to 50% of Branch’s inventory assets. </div><div>  </div><div><ul><li>Meet established metrics for operations (i.e. turns, service levels) </li><li>Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits/products for compliance with specifications and usage </li><li>Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations </li><li>Process orders for products while conferring with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace deliveries </li><li>Investigate customer complaints/track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies </li><li>Utilize processes and tools for scheduling surgeries </li><li>Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g. loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments) </li><li>Managerial duties including but not limited to: training, coaching, performance management and evaluation, compensation management, recruitment and terminations </li><li>Complete other duties as assigned </li></ul></div><div>  </div></div><div><div>What You Need - </div><div>  Required - </div><div><ul><li>BS/BA in business or related discipline OR 6+ years of equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree </li><li>Valid Driver’s license with good driving record </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call/participate in rotational on call as needed </li><li>Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs</li></ul></div><div>Preferred - </div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment - preferred </li></ul></div></div>Travel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
