The Position

This position is designed as a fixed-term role for 1 year within the Medical Department. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on field experience, contribute to medical activities, and build capabilities for future roles (such as Medical Science Lead).

The role is field-focused and aims to strengthen engagement with healthcare professionals, support product-related education, and generate valuable insights to inform medical and product strategies.

What you will do

• Delivering scientific and practical training to relevant clinics on product usage

• Supporting correct product utilization by informing healthcare professionals about administration processes and patient management

• Collecting structured medical and operational insights from the field and sharing them with relevant medical and product teams

• Contributing to the medical strategies of the respective therapeutic areas (TAs)

• Actively participating in medical activities such as training meetings, product launches, and scientific engagements

• Supporting operational continuity by acting as an alternative to third-party field services when needed

• Ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations

Who you are

• Degree in Medicine, Dentistry, or Pharmacy

• Strong interest in working in the healthcare sector/pharmaceutical industry

• Strong communication skills and willingness to actively work in the field

• Analytical thinking and an insight-driven mindset

• Open to learning, with high development potential and aspiration to grow into an MSL role
