We are dedicated to providing the resources and opportunities our colleagues need to make a difference in the world while building fulfilling careers.</p><p></p><p><b>Field application specialist - Lab Automation</b></p><p></p><p>Key Education:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in science (Biology, Chemistry, Computer), Engineering, or related field</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Several years of relevant industry experience</li><li>3 years in a role directly collaborating with customers in a professional environment</li><li>Experience in Pharma or Biotech industries working with laboratory instrumentation considered an asset</li></ul><p>Knowledge & Skills:</p><ul><li>High proficiency in software problem-solving techniques and ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices</li><li>Strong analytical skills to identify and address appropriate solutions to complex requirements</li><li>Proficiency with programming languages (C++, Python, or other) is desirable</li><li>Familiarity with IQ/OQ validation or GxP requirements is considered an asset</li><li>Solid understanding of software and computer communications</li><li><span>Prior experience with laboratory automation (e.g., liquid handling, scheduling software) and/or robotics is strongly preferred. </span></li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and collaborate with customers and various team functions</li><li>Strong organization, planning and time leadership skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Other Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Valid Passport</li><li>Ability to travel 75% of the time internationally without restrictions</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
