They are the first line of scientific support for our customers and internal sales teams, providing deep scientific knowledge in the customer context, including trials and demos to prove both product and Cytiva competitive advantage.</p><p></p><p><span>Location: This position reports to the Senior Modality Leader, CT & VV, APAC and is located in <b>ANZ </b>as a remote role (based in <b>Sydney, Melbourne, or Auckland</b>) with frequent travel around the region.</span></p><p></p><p><i><span><span><span><span><b>What you will do:</b></span></span></span></span></i></p><ul><li><i><span><span><span>Responsible for providing pre and post-sale support activities including but not limited to product demonstrations, organizing and conducting technical seminars and product training to customers applying highest level of scientific and technical product knowledge in both Cell Therapy and Nanomedicine workflow.</span></span></span></i></li><li><i><span><span><span>Collaborates with Account Managers within their territory and Sales Specialists from other OpCo to provide total solutions and consultation recommendations by uncovering and identifying customers’ needs and challenges.</span></span></span></i></li><li><i><span><span><span>Identify potential opportunities of scalability of an application, identify products and services that will provide significant cost savings and productivity gains for the customer, and persuasively educate and articulate the benefits to the customer.</span></span></span></i></li><li><i><span><span><span>Build and strengthen strong technical relationships with customers to build and sustain Cytiva’ s product for design-in and spec win in customers’ end to end manufacturing processes.</span></span></span></i></li><li><i><span><span><span>Proactively identify and conduct demo and sampling activities and follow through with technical advice and/or experimental support to help customer in achieving their experimental and/or business goals.</span></span></span></i></li></ul><p><i><span><span><span> </span></span></span></i></p><p><i><span><span><span><span><b>Who you are:</b></span></span></span></span></i></p><ul><li><i><span><span><span>Minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences or relevant field. Preferably in cell biology, biochemistry, regenerative medicine and immunology</span></span></span></i></li><li><i><span><span><span>2 years’ experience in cell therapy, cell culture, and GMP manufacturing (including exposure from process development through scale-up).</span></span></span></i></li><li><i><span><span><span>5 years of customer-facing applications experience within the Biotechnology industry.</span></span></span></i></li><li><i><span><span><span>Knowledge of cell therapy workflows (CAR-T, NK, iPSC, MSC, regenerative medicine) and Lipid Nanoparticles in drug delivery applications is an added advantage.</span></span></span></i></li></ul><p></p><p><i><span><span><span></span></span></span><span><span><span><span><b>Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:</b> if applicable for role</span></span></span></span></i></p><ul><li><i><span><span><span>Willingness to travel within ANZ (80% or more) and throughout APAC (20% or less).</span></span></span></i></li><li><i><span><span><span>Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record</span></span></span></i></li></ul><p><i><span><span><span> </span></span></span></i></p><p><i><span><span><span><span><b>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</b></span></span></span></span></i></p><ul><li><i><span><span><span>Preference to have hands-on experience with cell processing / cell expansion</span></span></span></i></li></ul><p><i><span><span><span> </span></span></span></i><span> </span></p><p><span>Join our winning team today.
