We are looking for a Field Account Manager (x|f|m) to join our BPS Sales Region MEA Team at Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH. In this strategic role, you drive growth across mid-size and large accounts within the GCC region while shaping impactful customer partnerships. Operating remotely from Germany and reporting to the Head of Sales MEA, this position plays a key role in expanding our Bioprocess Solutions (BPS) footprint in a dynamic and rapidly growing market. This position is available for full-time. <br><br>Please send your application in English.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Grow</b><b> </b><b>with</b><b> </b><b>us</b><b> – </b><b>Your</b><b> </b><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Promotion of the Bioprocess Solutions portfolio within the GCC region, covering key accounts and product ranges to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identification of new business opportunities aligned with regional market dynamics and the organization’s broader growth strategy</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ownership of structured SFDC (Salesforce) usage by managing opportunities, maintaining customer interactions and ensuring data accuracy across all touchpoints</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analysis of SFDC data to identify customer trends, drive insights and monitor sales performance across assigned accounts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Launch and market introduction of innovative BPS products, complemented by consistent follow-up to ensure successful implementation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assessment of customer needs and development of leads, complemented by tailored solution recommendations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsibility for developing and executing account plans while coordinating all internal stakeholders according to the strategy</span></p></li><li><p><span>Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Tech Support, Service and other teams to strengthen market perception and define compelling win strategies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participation in regional marketing activities to support lead generation and enhance brand visibility</span></p></li><li><p><span>Systematic evaluation of customer potential and conversion into long-term business opportunities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Development and nurturing of long-term customer relationships to enable strategic partnerships</span></p></li><li><p><span>Operation within a matrix organization, ensuring seamless alignment and communication across functions</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>What</b><b> will </b><b>convince</b><b> </b><b>us</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related Life Science/Engineering field;
