For Sartorius India Pvt. Ltd, we are looking for a Field Account Manager to join our team in Ahmadabad / Pune / Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of revenue by proactively managing a range of accounts throughout Maharashtra, Gujrat, and Goa by developing and maintaining strong KOL relationships. The goal is to achieve individual and assigned group sales target within the financial year for BioAnalytics product portfolio.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Initiate and manage the full sales process within the assigned territory and product range
BioAnalytics group consist of BLI (Octet), SPR (SF3), Live Cell Analysis system (Incucyte), Flow Cytometer (iQue), and Cell Selection and retrieval system (CellCelector).
Maintain the CRM with relevant and up-to-date customer and sales opportunity information in SFDC.
Develop and achieve account targets understanding customer needs and future plans.
Be customer-centric ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising the business.
Expand networks and sell/upsell additional products and services.
Provide trainings, technical and commercial support to Sales Reps and customers in relevant products and processes.
Actively contribute to sales growth by identifying new opportunities at customer site.
KOL Management and development.
Identify and implement appropriate action plans to track key accounts consumption patterns.
This is an Individual contributor role.
Qualification & Skills:
Master in life sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology or Biochemistry), With a PhD preferred. Experience in the industry from Bioasay group or Biosimilar groups preferred.
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in the west region. Candidates with international experience are an addition.
Experience in handling Live Cell imagers, Confocal microscopes, Flow Cytometry, SPR or from the Cell Biology field will be preferred.
Relevant technical knowledge and extensive industry knowledge (eg. Biotech, Pharma, etc.)
Experience in selling capital instrumentation is an addon.
Result-oriented and highly motivated.
Capable of providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to manage complex issues using innovation and processes.
A track record of strong compliance and customer reference is required.
Ability to manage and work in Matrix organization.
