Grow with us - Your Responsibilities
Promoting the BPS product and service portfolio across the assigned territory to achieve defined sales and revenue targets
Identifying new business opportunities aligned with the overall market and growth strategy
Driving innovative product and service launches into the marketplace and ensuring successful follow‑up on related sales activities
Assessing and analyzing customer needs, generating leads, handling inquiries, and recommending suitable solutions
Developing and executing tailored account plans while coordinating internal resources to support strategic activities
Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen market perception and implement winning account strategies
Coordinating and participating in targeted marketing activities within the assigned territory
Regularly evaluating customer potential and translating it into profitable business
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships as the foundation of strategic partnership
What will convince us
Academic degree in life sciences, bio engineering, or a related field
First professional experience in field sales; laboratory or process-based exposure within life sciences considered a strong advantage
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
High level of self-motivation, energy, and results orientation with the ability to work independently and responsibly
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional environments
Willingness and ability to travel frequently
Confident use of Microsoft Office and common digital tools
Good command of English
