Performs Failure Analysis for customers and suppliers as required.
Develops, maintains and improves all troubleshooting solutions within area or responsibility.
Drives recovery actions/repairs of the Test process Failure Inventory.
Consistently reviews quality yields and develops corrective actions to eliminate any yield detractors, further improves the process and product reliability. Works with the Quality Engineer to determine if field/box line data indicates a need for process/product improvement.
Assists with the fabrication and development of new equipment, fixtures and test programs.
Assists engineering and the development labs with all new product introduction and development.
Supports and facilitates Debug or Technical training process.
Drives recovery actions/repairs of any test or burn-in process that is down.
Sets-up the Test Equipment.
Troubleshoots/debugs at multiple system levels the DGI escalated to FA.
Performs and does the Reports and indicators assigned to the Failure Analysis and Test Process.
Improves the Failure Analysis Procedure.
Follows instructions for all the operations involved in the Test process.
