To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Failure Analysis Engineer located in Guadalajara, Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Failure Analysis Engineer role is responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving failures in complex electronic products through advanced troubleshooting techniques, functional testing, and root cause analysis. This role supports manufacturing operations by developing, validating, and improving functional test solutions while ensuring product quality, reliability, and process efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in electronics, microcontrollers, embedded systems, and programming, along with hands-on experience in debugging electronic assemblies and developing automated test solutions.
