If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Conduct failure analysis for AC/DC, DC/DC and LLC power supplies, diagnose electrical failures and propose solutions.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Test power modules with oscilloscopes, multimeters and other tools, analyze the design issues or component failures on PCBA level.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Analyze test log, CPK data, BI log data, and report findings.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Support pilot production, troubleshoot for production defects, provide repair guidelines and technical documentations.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Collaborate with R&amp;D teams to optimize designs, ensuring compliance with safety and EMC standards.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Prepare bilingual FA reports and present findings to clients or internal teams.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Plan and improve failure analysis capability and capacity continuously, including training technicians.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Oversea travel per requested</span><span> </span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications: </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Power Electronic engineering etc. </span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Good English listening, writing &amp; speaking.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>3 to 5&#43; years of experience in power supply failure analysis techniques.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Proficient in switch-mode power supply topologies (BUCK, BOOST, Flyback, Forward and so on) and failure analysis techniques.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Experience with PSUs, including AC/DC, DC/DC converters, and power factor correction (PFC) circuits is plus</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Experience with BBUs, including BMS(battery management system), DC/DC converters, and battery testing, such as charge/discharge cycles is plus</span></li><li><span>Experience with power shelves, racks, and PSCs is plus</span><span> </span><span> </span><span>A deep understanding of electrical components and power electronics.</span><span> </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of failures. </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Professional, organized, teamwork, flexible, passionate and self – motivated</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Production Engineering<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
