Facility Technician

The Facility Technician is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, DHR/SCIEX EHS & Facility Policy, EHS program implementation, site operation related facility and utility equipment management (including but not limited to production support, repairing, maintenance, commissioning, waste management, ISO/LEED certification support, etc.).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure the installation/maintenance all regulatory required facility systems & equipment 确保法律法规合规要求的设备设施的安装和维护
• Support EHS by responding to reported concerns/risks/findings and supporting EHS policy / program/requirement implementation 通过响应汇报出来的疑虑/风险/发现，支持环境健康安全(EHS)的工作，并支持EHS政策/管理程序和要求的执行
• Ensure operation & maintenance of facilities system/equipment is properly maintained to minimize manufacturing downtime (e.g. temp and humidity control, zero air and N2 supplies, air compressor maintenance, emergency generator, clean room HEPA filter maintenance, drinking water, electrical supply system, meeting facilities, office furniture, cleaning, pest control, Facilities alarm system, pantries, lockers, all other building services engineering). 确保设备设施系统的运行和维护，以确保工厂运行中断时间最少化（例如，温湿度控制，压缩空气和氮气供应，空压机维护，应急发电机，高效过滤器（HEPA）的清洁，饮用水，供电系统，会议室，办公家具，保洁，害虫控制，设施报警系统，茶水间，更衣箱，及其他楼内工程服务工作）
• Support contractor competency evaluation, selection, quote and purchase requisition支持承包商能力评估，删选，报价和采购申请
• Liaise & coordinate with contractors and support area owners in product transfer, addition & alteration project, Facility repair & replacement works.联络和协调工厂内区域负责人和承包商，在产品引入，项目添加/执行/变更，设施维修和置换的合作工作
• Monitor onsite contractors’ safety and work performance to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, DHR/SCIEX EHS policies, procedures and guidelines and contract agreement 监管现场的承包商的安全和工作业绩，以确保符合适用合规，丹纳赫/爱博才思 EHS政策，管理程序，指导和合同协议履行的要求
• Timely troubleshooting on facility & security related work (e.g. lighting system, electrical system, pantry equipment, security system such as CCTV, access control, etc.)及时排除设施设备和安保系统故障工作（比如，照明系统、电路系统、茶水间、安保系统包括监控CCTV，门禁控制系统等）
• Update and maintain facility drawing and data 更新和维护设施设备的图纸和数据
• Other affected duties / urgent tasks as assigned. 其他指派相关的职责/紧急任务

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Diploma in engineering, facility management, electrical engineering related disciplines. 工程、设施管理、电气工程等相关的学历
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in manufacturing industries as a Facility professionals 至少3-5年制造业从事设施工作的专业职业执业经历
• Highly motivated and partnering/ team mentality
• Strong cross-function collaboration capability by team work
• Fluent communication skills in Chinese

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• ISO14001/45001 management supporting experience
• EHS/facility project execution
• Basic English reading/speaking 基本的英语阅读/沟通能力
