This role ensures equipment availability, resource optimization, coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance, and compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li>Manage the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, hydraulic, pneumatic, vacuum systems, and other critical building equipment.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services.</li><li>Manage facility improvement, expansion, or modification projects (layout changes, HVAC, energy, utilities).</li><li>Manage suppliers and contractors, validating scope of work, quality, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Monitor energy, water, and utility consumption to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance plans.</li><li>Support and respond to internal and external audits.</li><li>Generate KPI reports, operational metrics, and maintenance cost tracking.</li><li>Coordinate emergency response related to building infrastructure and critical systems.</li><li>Develop and integrate critical variables into the Building Management System (BMS).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li>BA/BS as an industrial engineer or afield.</li><li>Background in automotive, electronics, metal‑mechanical, or PCBA manufacturing environments.</li><li>Experience in operation and maintenance of industrial facilities and management of production support systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with: HVAC systems, Electrical panels and power distribution, UPS systems.</li><li>Strong Knowledge with generators and emergency power plants.</li><li>Experience with Compressed Air Systems.</li><li>Strong experience in production maintenance and facilities management.</li><li>Proven experience leading and supervising personnel.</li><li>Intermediate English Skills.</li><li>Strong problem‑solving capability, ability to work under pressure, and effective coordination skills.</li><li>Schedule availability.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </b></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary.</li><li>Life &amp; Medical insurance.</li><li>Christmas Bonus.</li><li>Food Coupons.</li><li>Saving Fund.</li><li>Life Insurance.</li></ul><p></p><p>KJ12</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operations<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
