We're looking for an experienced Facilities & Office Services Coordinator to ensure our site runs smoothly, safely, and professionally.</p><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li>Supervise reception, housekeeping, mailroom, and switchboard services</li><li>Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering, and shared facilities</li><li>Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships</li><li>Oversee space planning, office moves, and furniture arrangements</li><li>Support Occupational Health & Safety initiatives and compliance</li><li>Administer company vehicles and parking arrangements</li><li>Serve as backup receptionist when needed</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Need:</b></p><ul><li>A few years' experience<span> </span>in administration or building services</li><li>Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask</li><li>Computer literate (MS Office including Outlook)</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated, flexible, and client-focused approach</li><li>Experience with minor repairs using hand tools is a plus</li><li>Fluent in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Right to work in the UK (we're unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education:</b><span> </span></p><ul><li>Associate or Bachelor's degree<span> </span>in facility management, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li></ul><p><b>Important:</b><span> </span>This role requires full-time presence in our Harrow office (<span>Northwick Park Hospital</span>), 5 days per week.</p><p>Ready to be the backbone of our clinical research facility?
