Ensuring worldwide chemical regulatory compliance of our products throughout the entire product lifecycle
Implementing and being responsible for global requirements such as EU REACH (including SCIP), U.S. TSCA, California Proposition 65, RoHS, PFAS, ODS, and POPs
Monitoring regulatory changes, assessing their impact on products, and deriving appropriate actions
Further developing the global product and chemical safety strategy as well as internal processes and standards
Coordinating supplier declarations and ensuring structured, audit-proof documentation in internal compliance systems
Maintaining and further developing databases and IT systems for chemical compliance, particularly SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance (SAP EHSM)
Advising internal stakeholders, conducting training sessions, and actively contributing to cross-functional initiatives, e.g. in sustainability or environmental management
What will convince us
Completed degree in chemistry, toxicology, life sciences, environmental sciences, or a comparable field
Professional experience in product safety, chemical compliance, or regulatory affairs in an international environment
Very good knowledge of relevant chemical regulations such as EU REACH, TSCA, RoHS, PFAS, POPs, and ODS
Experience with SAP (material master data, reports, QuickViewer) and ideally with SAP S/4HANA Product Compliance (SAP EHSM)
Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and a high level of personal responsibility
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Very good written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage
