Typically works at a workbench or on a conveyer line. Common tasks include checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, sniping, tying, or trimming either manually or by machine. Performs basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning. May perform miscellaneous jobs such as moving assemblies/machines or cleaning floors. Typically has 1-2 years of experience and works under minimum supervision. Typical job titles include: General Labor, Machine Operator, Maker/Packer, Assembler and Line Operator.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking for Experienced Machine Operators with attention to detail and analytical skills on Day Shift, with 2-3 years&#39; experience. M&amp;M Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer of sheet metal products, specifically HVAC sheet metal duct and accessories.</p><p></p><p>Full benefits offered day 1 of hire, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, pension, PTO and Vacation, Employee Referral Bonus&#39;s, Employee Life Insurance, HSA/FSA, potential wage increase after 90 days with our Knowledge Base Learning Program and more!</p><p></p><p><b>JOB SUMMARY:</b></p><p>Performs as necessary and/or as instructed, various duties which includes but is not limited to, duties or work requirements normally performed by production employees, such as handling parts, materials, manufacturing of parts, operating production machinery and equipment, general warehouse duties, quality, safety, housekeeping and/or other duties as requested.</p><p></p><p><b>PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS:</b></p><p>1) Perform various assigned operations to form and assemble sheet metal products utilizing a variety of tools and equipment that meet or exceed production requirements.</p><p>2) Knowledge/experience of setups and operate sheet metal machines and equipment to fabricate and form parts.
