This senior role provides strategic and scientific leadership for Labcorp’s Global Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology (DART) organization, overseeing the design, execution, and innovation of high‑quality, compliant studies. As the primary leader and strategy architect for DART, this position maintains direct oversight of DART scientific groups and provides matrix leadership across toxicology functions to ensure consistent, exceptional delivery. Responsible for Test Facility Management, the role drives operational excellence, ensures rigorous adherence to animal welfare standards and AAALAC‑related requirements, and fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture centered on continuous improvement and client value.
