Description

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the COO, the Medical Affairs department, and other senior level executives as needed. Responsibilities include serving as the primary support to the COO, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, processing expense reports, developing presentations, and performing other related functions. The role requires excellent planning, time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred and five years prior experience supporting senior management required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant. Requires discretion and confidentiality; high level verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service skills.
