Description

Manage scheduling for company executives. Aid management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest. Maintain filing systems in the electronic data room. Assist in the planning of onsite and offsite events/meetings, including scheduling and arranging catering. Book travel arrangements and accommodation. Support procurement and vendor onboarding (basic contracts, compliance checks). Check and register booking entries for G&A invoices. Support the accountant in cash book entries registration not supported by invoices, e.g. notice of payment with withholding tax, proforma invoices, etc. Reconciling monthly credit card expenses. Compiling and reconciling expenses reports. Support in keeping updated the register of tangible assets. Assist auditors (statutory, financial, 231) and RSPP (head of the prevention and protection service) in their procedures.

Requirements

Fluency in English, attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking ability, basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs such as Microsoft Office. Previous experience as executive or administrative assistant will be taken into consideration.
