Description
Akura Medical is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented professional to serve as a hybrid executive assistant, office manager, and marketing support resource. This is a unique, high-impact role that sits at the center of the company’s day-to-day operations and commercial momentum. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to keep the organization running smoothly, ensure tight follow-through, and provide hands-on support for commercial and marketing activities, including tradeshows, customer meetings, and internal coordination. This is an on-site role and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include tracking action items, preparing meeting materials, coordinating travel, overseeing office operations, supporting onboarding logistics, assisting with tradeshows, and providing ad hoc support to marketing leadership as Akura scales its go-to-market efforts.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant, office manager, operations, or marketing support role. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a startup, medical device, life sciences, or healthcare company. Exposure to marketing, events, or commercial operations. Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, CRM or project-tracking tools.
