Job Description
Main accountabilities
Lead the adaptation of Global Integrated Evidence Plans (IEPs) to the Taiwan market, ensuring alignment with local regulatory, access, reimbursement, and clinical practice needs.
Identify and prioritize local evidence gaps based on stakeholder insights, product strategy, and evolving healthcare priorities.
Translate evidence strategy into actionable Local Evidence Plans (LEPs), partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality execution.
Lead local clinical studies and real-world evidence activities across the full lifecycle, from study design and execution through analysis, interpretation, and communication of results.
Build and strengthen collaborations with medical experts, investigators, academic institutions, data partners, and other external stakeholders.
Integrate external insights into evidence strategy, study design, and evidence generation priorities.
Drive adoption of advanced RWD methodologies, novel study designs, and data-driven approaches.
Ensure strong alignment with Global Medical Affairs evidence generation strategies, processes, governance, and compliance expectations.
Requirements
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of RWE experience using healthcare databases or EMR, gained in industry, consulting, or CRO settings.
Strong expertise in study design, protocol writing, statistical methodology, and evidence generation execution.
Experience with analytical tools such as SAS, R, S-Plus, or other business or research analytics software.
Understanding of multivariable models, including Cox, Poisson, binomial and multinomial logistic models, ANOVA, MANOVA, and multivariate approaches such as cluster, discriminant, and factor analysis.
Relevant medical or clinical background, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and spoken.
