Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for onsite technical support installation and preventive / corrective maintenance in customers' medical equipment. Drives customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Essential Responsibilities
- Technical support - installation and preventive / corrective maintenance in customers' medical equipment, maintaining all models of specific equipment of one or more modalities in the assigned area;
- Evaluate customer medical equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs;
- Verify and approve the operational quality of the equipment and / or system;
- Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule;
- Follow appropriate GE policies, procedures, hospital protocol, and completes necessary documentation;
- Maintain communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to strong customer relations and ongoing customer satisfaction;
- Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area;
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as an interface between the customer and all GE Healthcare organizations, creating ""a One GEHC"" for the customer;
- Comply with the integrity and compliance guidelines as well as promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.

- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
- Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
- Ensure all work orders, vendor service reports, time and expense reports, PM activities, purchase orders, and other duties are documented in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all test equipment is tracked and 100% calibrated on time.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or correlated area by an accredited Educational Institution;
- Experience with maintenance and installation of medical equipment;
- Experience in customer relationship management and customer service;
- Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner;
- Knowledge of the office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet);
- Valid National Driver's License;
- Availability to travel ~ 30% of the time;
- Planning and effective organization of work;
- High standards and quality of work.

interpretacao dos dados e uso do conhecimento tecnico/instrucoes tecnicas.
Essential Responsibilities
- Suporte/atendimento tecnico dentro do cliente, em instalacoes e manutencoes preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos medico-hospitalares, mantendo todos os modelos de
equipamentos especificos de uma ou mais modalidades na area atribuida; - Eletronica/Mecanica: Solucao em nivel de sistemas de problemas e multiplos sintomas.
- Satisfacao do cliente: Interface diaria com medicos e tecnicos sobre questoes do estado do equipamento. Atuar para assegurar a satisfação de clients primarios.
- Prestar assistencia em visitas de Vendas das Contas; ajudar a treinar outras pessoas quando necessario; Ao identificar oportunidades de Vendas, comunicar-se com a equipe de contas.
- Crescimento da empresa: Prestar assistencia ao crescimento e direcionamento da empresa em sua area geografica.
- Administracao: Concluir responsavelmente todas as tarefas administrativas em tempo.
- Assegurar a conclusão em tempo habil da documentacao de inspecao de FMIs e PMS para as contas atribuidas.
- Compartilhar as melhores praticas. Garantir a satisfacao do cliente quanto as solucoes de manutencao, de acordo com as metricas de atendimento, prazo, performance e qualidade
definidas pela area. - Manter sistemas e programas efetivos de qualidade, segundo a Declaracao de Politica de Qualidade de Servico
Seguir as diretrizes e cumprir os procedimentos internos dos clientes, conforme local de atuacao designado, participando de eventuais treinamentos para a execucao das atividades; - Responder pela correta utilizacao, conservacao, manutencao e otimizacao dos ativos da companhia,
- Cumprir as diretrizes de integridade e Compliance, bem como as normas e procedimentos de EHS da companhia.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Diploma ou certificado de habilitacao tecnica de nivel medio em Eletrotecnica, Eletromecanica, Mecanica, Eletronica ou
- Mecatronica, Informatica ou Telecomunicacoes expedido por instituicao de ensino reconhecida pelo Ministerio da
- Educacao, Secretarias ou Conselhos Estaduais de Educacao;
- Experiencia com manutencao e instalacao de equipamentos medico-hospitalares;
- Conhecimento do pacote office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet);
- Carteira Nacional de Habilitação, categoria B valida;
- Ingles basico/Intermediario ou Ingles tecnico (leitura de manuais e treinamentos);
- Disponibilidade para viagens em media 30% do tempo.
