Objective:
In collaboration with Business Practices Manager (BPM) and Legal & Compliance, the Business Practices Steward (BPS) provides support to all compliance programs for the subsidiary. The BPS will support the oversight of implementation of the evolving Compliance Program for our company in collaboration with the Country Compliance Committees and Regional International Legal & Compliance.

Professional Competences:
- Problem solving and critical thinking, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.
- Process improvement, simplification, operational excellence, change management.
Requirements:
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years of Audit, Finance, Compliance, Legal, or comparable business experience in healthcare industry.
- Use of AI tools to simplify, automate operative processes
