<h3>Job Title</h3>Entry Level Configuration Office Analyst<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Supports the markets in everything related to the configuration of medical equipment, configuration that is used to have a correct workflow in the quotation and ordering processes.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirements</p></li><li><p>Work with database and Informatic Technologies systems to make the configuration of medical equipment</p></li><li><p>As a Global Business System based in Panama, help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations</p></li><li><p>Maintain direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You&#39;re the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related fields.</p></li><li><p>1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within medical devices or regulated industry</p></li><li><p>Your skills include Advanced English (B2, C1), Intermediate/Advance Excel skills, effective communication and stakeholder management.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
