If you would like to be considered for a similar position in future, then please submit your CV.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Who We’re Hiring</b> We welcome applications across multiple engineering disciplines and seniority levels, including:</p><ul><li><p>Process, Manufacturing, and Production Engineers</p></li><li><p>Automation Engineers</p></li><li><p>Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, and Facilities Engineers</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do (depending on the role)</b></p><ul><li><p>Optimize and scale GMP manufacturing processes to ensure reliable, high-quality supply</p></li><li><p>Drive automation and digitalization projects (e.g., MES, DCS/PLC, data analytics) to enhance performance and compliance</p></li><li><p>Lead validation and qualification activities for equipment, systems, and processes</p></li><li><p>Improve reliability and efficiency of utilities and production assets with robust engineering solutions</p></li><li><p>Collaborate cross-functionally on tech transfers, process improvements, and new product introductions</p></li><li><p>Champion safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement across our sites</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Bring</b></p><ul><li><p>A degree in engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biomedical)</p></li><li><p>Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing is a plus</p></li><li><p>Practical knowledge of GMP, validation, and automation systems</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for operational excellence</p></li><li><p>Clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in English; local languages (German, Slovenian) are beneficial depending on site</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Locations</b></p><ul><li><p>Austria: Production sites with strong automation and process excellence focus</p></li><li><p>Slovenia: Growing operations with opportunities in validation, tech transfer, automation, and digitalization</p></li><li><p>Switzerland: Global hub for advanced manufacturing, quality, and technical leadership</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>How to Apply</b> If you’re inspired to engineer better outcomes for patients and the planet, we’d love to hear from you.
