Working with a cross-functional team to make projects plan including Project scope, schedule, Cost, Risk, Quality and Benefit.</li><li>Manage new product release according to APQP process.</li><li>Develop PPAP documents and dynamically maintain them, including PFMEA, CP, and PFC. Make sure all these are reviewed, understood, and approved.</li><li>Lead the manufacturing process change with product/process change until physical completion.</li><li>Manage the new machine’s full life cycle from Concept design, machine Functional Specification, Statement of Work, Acceptance Test, and the upgrade/modification as well.</li><li>Develop and update working instructions to standardize the work and safe use of equipment, having the process under full control.</li><li>Use IE tools to create new processes and find opportunities to improve the line efficiency.</li><li>Leverage global resources and cross-functional resources for product launch, problem solving, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Drive Cost reduction initiatives, including manufacturing scrap reduction, productivity improvement, and VAVE. Work with the product engineering team to meet the plant&#39;s monthly/yearly targets.</li><li>Other responsibilities assigned by the Engineering manager.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Qualifications &amp; Requirements  </b></p><p><b><u>Education Qualification: </u></b></p><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is required.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Technical Competence &amp; Skills:</u></b></p><ul><li>Certified PMP® or Prince2® is required.</li><li>Proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., MS Project, or equivalent) is <u>preferred. </u></li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is <u>required</u></li><li>A thorough understanding of quality tools such as PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flow charts is required</li><li>Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Leadership Competence:</u></b></p><ul><li>Resilience to working pressure</li><li>Learning agility and result-oriented</li><li>Open and Proactive to challenges and difficulties</li><li>Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and work with a closed-loop and PDCA approach</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Relevant Experience:</u></b></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is <b><u>required.</u></b></li><li>Minimum 3 years of Project management responsibility with demonstrated results is <b><u>required.</u></b></li><li>Experience in Air or Liquid filter manufacturing processes is <u>preferred.</u></li><li>IATF16949 work experience is <u>preferred.</u></li></ul><p><u>​</u></p><p><b><u>Others (% of travel, language, etc.): </u></b></p><ul><li>Fluent in English communication</li><li>10% travel time</li><li>Can work with time flexibility to meet project needs.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span><span>Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
