If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><div><p>Job Description</p></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b>Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering </b>in <b>Chennai</b></p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like: </b></p><ul><li><p>Doing DFM analysis in PCBA and fabrication analysis in PCB.</p></li><li><p>Analysis of testability and generate DFT report.</p></li><li><p>Simulation mechanical assembly process and create DFA report.</p></li><li><p>Creating DFx procedure and check list as per customer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Generating DFx reports according to findings, observations as per standards.</p></li><li><p>Work with customer and internal manufacturing team to define DFx requirements and rules.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely generation and circulation of DFx Reports to stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Mentor the team and guide them towards effective deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Train new and existing team members on an ongoing basis on relevant software and tools.</p></li><li><p>Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues.</p></li><li><p>Prepare KPI Reports for Weekly / Monthly for operation review.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>B.E.
