Job Title: Engineer-Information Technology
Location: Rewari, India
We are currently looking for an IT Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This role is essential for ensuring reliable and consistent IT/OT and automation services at the site. The IT Engineer will coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operations, support infrastructure lifecycle management, and contribute to disaster recovery planning. This position plays a critical role in enabling business continuity and compliance

Hands‑on involvement in key infrastructure initiatives such as EOL device migrations, Nutanix deployment, HCM/iBox/vBox rollouts, and continuous technology upgrades that directly support business continuity and modernization.
What you will do:
Ensure IT/OT service SLAs meet site requirements by reviewing adherence, identifying gaps, and supporting remediation with the site IT Lead.
Ensure site users follow defined IT and OT processes and comply with policies, acting as the representative of IT/OT.
Coordinate demand for IT and OT services, ensuring smooth delivery of required support and operational services.
Support development, maintenance, and periodic testing of the site technical disaster recovery plan, including updates as OT services evolve.
Manage the lifecycle of IT/OT infrastructure by maintaining asset inventories, mitigating risks from aging components, and sponsoring annual capital upgrade projects.
Support internal and regulatory audits by contributing to inspections, preparing remediation plans, and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
Actively contribute to implementation and troubleshooting of HCM, iBox/vBox, and other infrastructure systems.
Lead/support EOL device migrations, OT initiatives, Nutanix deployment, and disaster recovery for EOL systems and applications.
Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable OT operations.
What we are looking for:
Strong understanding of IT/OT processes, infrastructure, and service operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience in IT service management, infrastructure lifecycle management, audit support, and disaster recovery planning.
Ability to prioritize, analyze, and quickly resolve issues with a strong customer service mindset.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with site IT Leads, OT representatives, global IT, and external service providers.
Working knowledge of IT architecture, IT security, risk identification, troubleshooting methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology or related fields.
English fluency at a business level.
