Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams. Innovation starts from the heart. At Edwards Lifesciences, our IT organization enables employees around the world through secure, reliable, and modern endpoint services. We are looking for an Endpoint Engineer to help drive our endpoint management strategy by improving automation, standardization, and the overall digital employee experience. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern endpoint management solutions across a global enterprise environment.
How you will make an impact:
• Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, and Jamf.
• Support the transition toward a standardized, automated, and proactive endpoint management model.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, configuration, software deployment, operating system updates, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and improve application deployment and third-party application patching capabilities.
• Build and maintain endpoint automation using PowerShell and modern management technologies.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Manufacturing Support, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable endpoint services.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, engineering standards, and operational procedures.
• Participate in proof-of-concepts, architecture initiatives, and evaluation of new endpoint technologies.
• Contribute to future capabilities including Digital Employee Experience (DEX), endpoint analytics, and mobile device management.
• Track engineering initiatives and project deliverables using Jira and Confluence.
What you will need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
