If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add <b>Energy Facilities Operations Engineer</b> located in Guadalajara, North Campus.</p><p>Reporting to the Facilities Manager the <b>Energy Facilities Operations Engineer</b> role is responsible for applies engineering values to design, modify or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li>Ensure effective electricity generation and management within the facility.</li><li>Oversee co-generation systems, including maintenance, operation, and supervision of personnel.</li><li>Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and operational requirements for co-generation facilities.</li><li>Interpret and analyze single-line diagrams to assess electrical configurations and systems.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge in mechanical installations, electromechanical engineering, and energy engineering.</li><li>Supervise a team to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.</li><li>Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li>BA/BS Electromechanical engineer, energy engineer, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Intermediate English.</li><li>Jr or mid-experience in a similar position as a facilities engineer with energy focus.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical systems and generation processes.</li><li>Mechanical installations and facility management experience.</li><li>Cogeneration experience is a plus.</li><li>AutoCAD, 2D 3D.
