Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Position summary:</b></p><p>This position works in partnership with the BU Head to develop business strategy, lead the sales team (depends on business needs) to achieve yearly quotas & increase market share, and also to coordinate overall sales activities to enhance business.</p><p><b>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</b> <i>(Detailed Description)</i></p><ul><li><p>Devise local business strategy and development plan to meet yearly company‘s objectives</p></li><li><p>Lead a sales team(if applicable) to implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal</p></li><li><p>Build an engaged sales team (depends on business needs) by providing strong leadership and implementing appropriate R.E.D. initiatives in partnership with HR.</p></li><li><p> Prepare and manage budgets, including marketing expense and T&E expenses</p></li><li><p> Prepare regular analyses and reports in sales, products, customers, sales status</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information</p></li><li><p>Set goals and objectives for dealers and perform regular channel review to ensure satisfactory channel performance</p></li><li><p>Develop new key accounts to increase Stryker customers base</p></li></ul><p><b>Education & Experience</b><b>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Degree holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area, MBA preferred</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years of sales and marketing team management experience, preferably in healthcare industry</p></li><li><p>Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management</p></li></ul><p><b>Physical & Mental Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong leadership skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem solving & interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Results-oriented with good negotiation &communications skill</p></li><li><p>Strong business acumen</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.</p></li></ul><p><b>Leadership </b><i>(People Management requirement)</i></p><p>Has decision-making authority for allocation of work/job scope, promotion, recruitment within own team.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
